This policy explains what personal data Viens Tour collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have. It applies to this website only.

1. Who we are

Viens Tour is part of Viens (viensmiami.com). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is:

2. What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form:

• Contact details: your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number.
• Trip details: the service you are interested in, travel dates, number of travelers, budget range and your message.
• Consent record: confirmation that you agreed to this policy when you sent the form.
• Technical data: the IP address the request was sent from and the time it was sent, which we keep to help prevent misuse of the form.

Please do not include sensitive information (for example health details or passport numbers) in the form. If we need such information to arrange your journey, we will ask for it separately and securely.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a travel proposal at your request and to keep in touch with you about that enquiry. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately agree to receive marketing messages, and we do not sell it.

Legal basis. Under the GDPR, we process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Under the KVKK, processing relies on your explicit consent and on processing being necessary for establishing or performing a contract (Art. 5).

4. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and its fonts and scripts are served from our own server.

• Session cookie: when you send the contact form, the server sets a short-lived, strictly necessary session cookie to limit repeated submissions. It is deleted when you close your browser.

5. Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered by email to our team. Our website host and email provider process it on our behalf under their own security obligations. If you go ahead with a booking, we share only the details needed with the hotels, airlines, aviation operators and local partners who provide your services, and we will tell you about this as part of your booking.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up on your request, and for no longer than [retention period] after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example for accounting records if you make a booking). After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• find out whether we process your personal data and receive a copy of it;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• ask us to delete your data, or to restrict how we use it;
• object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing that already took place);
• receive your data in a portable format (GDPR);
• learn the purpose of processing, whether it is used as intended, and the third parties it was shared with, in Turkey or abroad (KVKK Art. 11);
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing (KVKK Art. 11).

To use any of these rights, email info@vienstour.com. We will reply within the time limits set by law (one month under the GDPR; 30 days under the KVKK).

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK); in the EU, the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.

8. Security

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the team members who need them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
