How far in advance should I start planning?
The earlier the better, especially for peak seasons and in-demand hotels. We also plan trips at shorter notice; availability is the only real limit.
Can you plan a trip for a family or a group?
Yes. We plan for couples, families and private groups, and shape the pace, rooms and activities around everyone traveling.
Can the itinerary change once I am traveling?
Yes. Your advisor and our support team stay reachable throughout the trip and can adjust plans, bookings and transfers as you go.
Do I have to book everything through you?
No. We can plan the whole journey or only the parts you need, and work around any arrangements you have already made.
How do we get started?
